Telford Dairy Farm - Farm Manager

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Dairy farm manager to lead our operations with 630 cows over 254ha from 1 June 2025. 

This is a hands-on role requiring strong leadership, technical expertise and a passion for working with young people.

You will need to have:

•           Proficient in pasture management, animal health and all aspects of a modern dairy farming operation.
•           Minimum 5 years’ Dairy farming experience
•           Excellent leadership, communication and reporting skills.
•           Ability to train & mentor young people
•           Applicants must be prepared to undertake & pass a pre-employment drug test and police vetting test.
•          Applicants must be resident in NZ.
