Heartland Services provide a range of free services and information, including:

• Forms and Guidelines (print – photocopy – scan)
• Email and Phone facilities
• Meeting Facilities
• Video Conferencing Facility
• Justice of the Peace – drop-in service
  • Available Friday each week ǀ Clutha Development ǀ Level 1, Te Pou Ō Mata-Au Clutha District War Memorial and Community Centre, 6 Clyde Street, Balclutha ǀ 2pm to 5pm

• Free appointments with Community Law (visit monthly to Balclutha and Milton) – Phone 03 418 4048 to book an appointment.
• Access to Government websites.
