Office Manager
Thompson Refrigeration and Electrical are an Electrical Contracting business based in Balclutha. We focus on providing top quality service to large industrial plants around the South Otago area. We are a tight knit team who work well together. Due to continued growth, we are looking for an Office Manager to join the team.
What the job involves:
- Complete all daily administrative tasks to a high standard.
- Process all supplier and customer invoices.
- Process weekly payroll.
- Manage customer enquiries.
- Maintain employee agreements.
- Provide financial reports to company manager.
- Scheduling and calendar.
- Set priorities and establish standards to enhance overall productivity.
As the ideal candidate you will have the following:
- Be currently permanently based in NZ.
- Experience working with accounting software. (Xero Preferred)
- Excellent skills in the use of Microsoft Office.
- Proven experience in office management, administration, and/or finance.
