About the opportunity 
By joining our nationwide Farm Source store team, you are joining a group of agricultural experts and setting yourself up for an outstanding career.
As a casual team member at our Balclutha store, you have got a great opportunity to engage your people skills and love for the ag industry while enjoying the flexibility that casual employment offers.
Getting stuck into everything from merchandising, providing farming and product advice to our customers and even sneak in the odd workout shifting products around the store, you’ll never be bored on your days in store!

Please note, as a casual role we cannot guarantee hours, however the store operates Monday to Friday 8am – 5pm and Saturdays 9am – 12pm.

What you will bring 
We’re looking for motivated, people focused individuals who are eager to learn and can bring a positive, can-do approach. Whether you’re looking to supplement hours in your current role, get some experience off farm but remain in the ag industry, still studying or simply are keen on the flexibility that casual hours can offer – we want to hear from you.
You’ll also need to have: 
A good level of physical fitness as you’ll be lifting some heavy product of up to 25kg
A full, clean drivers’ licence
