Our new 2022 built beach house has been designed with comfort and relaxation in mind, and for you to enjoy the expansive sea views.
A short walk will get you to the unspoiled beach which stretches for miles. Toko Mouth is the best kept secret with so much to offer! Close to Dunedin for shopping and it’s popular attractions. Only 45 mins to Dunedin Airport and a picturesque 50 minutes drive to The Catlins. The house has everything you need for a home away from home experience. The bedrooms are beautifully appointed and kept cozy with heaters. All the beds are new and have electric blankets for those cooler South Island nights. We have a smart TV with Freeview, Disney, Netflix and Amazon Prime available for your enjoyment.
