His other half, Nicky, has come from a hospitality background and her passion is to cater to everyone's needs and supply the best service possible. With a combination of Pete's local knowledge, handy man skills, and family orientated qualities, and Nicky's friendly inviting persona, polished service, and nature to help all, this duo provides an inviting atmosphere for the campground that will guarantee to make you feel at home.

The park is ideally situated for the quick weekend away from Mosgiel, Dunedin or Balclutha - also being the closest park to the Dunedin International Airport, it's the ideal first or last night stopover before departing from the region. Lastly but definitely not least, for all of the foodies out there, the holiday park is only a hop and a skip away from the the Lake Waihola Tavern and Restaurant that has a high quality and affordable menu to cater for all appetites.
