Home on the Hill Owaka

Welcome to our family holiday home, they say good things come in small packages. Built in 2022 this place is your home away from home, equipt with breathtaking views, a great kitchen to cook in, fresh air and nature you have it all.
Everything you need (if anything) is within a short drive; the beach, playground, shops, walks, and is the start of the beautiful Caitlin’s scenic drive.

The main house has 2 bedrooms a beautiful kitchen, living room, bathroom and laundry.
The 3rd bedroom is in a separate hut accessed by stairs from the main house.
Both spaces have their own heating.

You have access to our whole property minus the closed in garage. This includes the little native bush at the base of the property, a part of our paradise our children love. We just ask that you respect our neighbours
