Beach Feet Retreat

This beach house was newly built in 2020. The large lounge with open plan kitchen and dining with massive windows allows plenty of room to enjoy the stunning seaside views.
Enjoy looking out at the Nugget lighthouse while cooking in the family sized kitchen (includes dishwasher, induction cooktop, conventional oven and microwave.)
We have top quality NZ made Sleepyhead Super King beds in the 2 main bedrooms. These can be split into single beds on request.
The sunroom is an added space for lying in the sun, playing games or some quiet time. It converts into a bedroom when the wall bed is down.
The expansive deck and triple stacker glass doors allows for maximising indoor/ out door living and enjoying the sunshine.
The beach is so close you can see the kids playing on the sand or swimming in the sea. Occasionally in summer a cheeky seal lion will also be seen basking in the sun on the sand.
The main bedroom has attached ensuite.

Just across the road from the beach allows quick and easy beach access. You can see the kids playing on the sand from the kitchen and lounge.
Property is on a gently sloping section. Access is by Wide path and a single step. Property should be reasonably easily Accessible in a wheelchair as the doors are wide and bathroom large.

Stunning seaside location of this beautiful new spacious beach house will provide a peaceful and quiet place to relax and enjoy the pristine Catlins Coast. Kaka points safe, lifeguard patrolled beach (summer) is across the road. House is located only 200m from the Point Cafe/store/bar and local play ground. Explore Nugget Pt and enjoy spotting the spectacular sea lions basking on the rocks. Hide away to watch the yellow eyed penguins arrive at Roaring bay. Local bush walks within 1 km.
