This 15 minute loop track takes you through the bush of Pounawea Scenic Reserve with information panels.

Pounawea Bush Walking Track
Time: 45 min round trip

Starting at Pounawea Motor Camp, the Pounawea Bush Walking Track passes through a podocarp forest, populated by a variety of birdlife. Return to the start of the track via a loop through a salt marsh and estuary. 

Note: the salt marsh is only accessible at low tide.
